气动增压泵利用大面积活塞端的低压气体驱动而产生小面积活塞端的高压流体。可用于压缩空气及其它气体,输出气压可通过驱动气压无级调节。

The pneumatic booster pump is driven by the low-pressure gas at the large area piston end to produce the high-pressure fluid at the small area piston end. It can be used for compressed air and other gases. The output air pressure can be steplessly adjusted by driving air pressure.

多种气体驱动:压缩空气、氮气等。   

驱动输入:0.3-0.69MPa压缩空气驱动就可获得高压输出。     

自动保压:工作时,迅速往复工作,随着输出压力接近设定压力值时泵的往复运动速度减慢直至停止,并保持这个压力,此时消耗能量很小,无热 量产生,无零件运动。当压力平衡打破后,气动增压泵自动开始工作到下一个平衡。  材质优良:高压部分材质为不锈钢304或316。     

高压柱塞材质为不锈钢304或316,并采用双层密封。

Excellent material: the high pressure part is made of stainless steel 304 or 316.     

The high-pressure plunger is made of stainless steel 304 or 316 and adopts double-layer seal.

维护简单:气动增压泵的零件及密封少,维护简单且成本低。相同系列泵的所有"O"型圈,维修包易损部件可相互替换,大大降低了维修成本。
